Phil is an "almost Moab Native"
living here for nearly 55 years. He has
been an Agent with Century 21 for 13 years.
Phil and his wife, Rhea, have raised three
children in Moab. They enjoy their seven
grandchildren and are now the proud Great
Grandparents of two boys and two girls.
They believe that Moab is a great place
to live and are glad to see people choosing
Moab as a place to retire. Phil likes to
get out in the wide open spaces around Moab
for both business and pleasure. Spending
time with his family is on the top of his
priority list, traveling to northern Utah
and Idaho to visit family. Phil's extensive
background in mining has lead to his expertise
in selling large parcels of raw land. He
is affectionately known in the office as
"Big Deal Phil".

Sandy Norton, the owner/broker of Century
21 Red Rock Real Estate has spent most of
her life in Moab. She was born in Texas
while her father was in Moab looking for
work. He was consumed by the natural beauty
of the Red Rocks and moved the family right
away. With the exception of about four years,
Sandy has chosen to live her life amongst
the red rocks, river, jeeps, runners and
bikes in the red sand she calls home. Sandy
married her high school sweetheart Alan.
They have two adult sons and one beautiful
granddaughter. Having worked in the real
estate industry for eight years, it only
seemed right to purchase the business Century
21 Red Rock Estate when it became available
in the late fall of 2002. Century 21 Red
Rock Real Estate has the most dependable,
experienced agents in the area.

Sue, a Wyoming native, moved to Moab in1984
from Cheyenne, to escape those notorious
Wyoming winters. She received her sales
agent license in 1986 and her broker's license
in 1990. Sue has served as a Director and
President of the Grand/San Juan Association
of Realtors. She is currently serving as
a trustee for the Utah Association of Realtors
Housing Opportunity Fund and a Director
of the Utah Assoiation of Realtors. Sue
has been a top producer in the office since
1990. The beauty of the area and the friendliness
of its residents has definitely made Moab
home for Sue. In her spare time, (do Realtors
have spare time?) she enjoys hiking, river
running in her inflatable kayak, gardening
and playing with her kitties.

Danette grew up in Toronto, Canada and
over the years has lived in NYC and Germany.
But for 12 years now, Moab has been her
home. Danette spends most of her spare time
keeping up with her 9 year old daughter,
Robin. She is actively involved in Robin’s
school, volunteers her time in a mentoring
program, is trying to learn to ride horses
(it’s slow going!) and loves to travel.
Most of all, Danette enjoys the Moab community,
the people, the surrounding area, and all
it has to offer and is grateful to live
in such a wonderful place.
